Are you a business builder who thrives in industrial trading environments?

We’re looking for a General Manager (GM) to lead a high-potential fastener division into its next phase of rapid growth across UAE, GCC, and Africa.

This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role where you’ll be in the driver’s seat — responsible for revenue, operations, client experience, people, and profitability.

You won’t just manage — you’ll transform the business, scale operations, systematize processes, and build a performance-driven culture.

Business Growth with NLP

Your Core Mission:

  • Double the business in 12–18 months through market expansion, strategic partnerships, and sales acceleration.

  • Lead all functions: Sales, Marketing, Warehousing, Procurement, Accounts, CRM, Quality, and HR.

  • Build world-class SOPs across warehouse, delivery, and customer experience.

  • Own P&L, inventory turnover, and credit control metrics.

  • Cultivate a high-performance team across departments — with succession planning and regular coaching.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

> Have 15–20 years of leadership experience in fasteners, hardware trading, or industrial supplies

> Are fluent with fastener SKUs, vendor sourcing (local & imported), stock planning, and GCC B2B sales cycles

> Can drive digitization: CRM, ERP, dashboards, AI tools

> Are a builder, not just a manager — someone who sets the rhythm for growth

  • Revenue & Gross Margin Growth

  • Inventory Turnover & Dead Stock Reduction

  • Delivery TAT & Complaint Resolution

  • CRM Adoption & Pipeline Visibility

🎓 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred)

Proven success in leading P&L, scaling operations, and managing 50+ team members
