Program Structure
This coaching program is delivered online in a highly interactive format. You are required to keep your video on and you will be working with your colleagues to explore
Attend 11 Zoom Sessions
6 Saturdays and 5 Sundays
Time Zone:
If you miss a session, you must watch the Zoom recording and submit the session summary in word document.
Coaching Practice
You are required to have a minimum of 8 peer-to-peer coaching sessions and submit a log before the end of the program.
Using MARK methodology, spaced practice spread over 6 weeks gives you confidence as a coach.
Book Presentation
The class will be divided into smaller groups. Every group will review and make presentation on a book in the following context:
Post a blog either on your website or LinkedIn post about your learning and key take away.
