Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 12, 2014

At NLPLimited.com, the cancellation or refund policy is determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of our management. As per the initial agreement between the client and NLPLimited.com, this policy has no direct connection with online payment service providers.

  • Course Withdrawal: If a customer withdraws from NLPLimited.com before completing their training, no refunds will be issued for any paid fees.
  • Refunds (if applicable): Refunds, at the discretion of management, will only be processed to the original debit/credit card used for the transaction. For clarity, NLPLimited.com is not obligated to refund any fees (or a portion thereof) unless those fees have been previously paid.
  • Limitation of Liability: NLPLimited.com is not responsible for any damages arising from the use, inability to use, or the outcomes of using this site or any linked websites. This includes all legal theories, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of potential damages.
  • Downtime Responsibility: NLPLimited.com is not liable for any compensation or responsibility for downtime that may occur.

Refunds for Online and E-Learning Programs/Courses

Please note that e-learning courses are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Cancellation & Refunds for Classroom/Distance Learning Programs

  • Cancellation Before Training/Classes: A 100% refund (excluding payment gateway charges and GST) is available if the cancellation request is made at least 15 days prior to the start of the training or class.
  • Cancellation Less Than 15 Days Before Training: For cancellations made between 15 days and 3 days prior to the start date, customers will not receive a refund. However, they may request to extend the class or training date.
  • No Refund After Training Commences: Once the training or classes begin, no refunds will be issued.
  • Institute Cancellations: If NLPLimited.com cancels an event, a full 100% refund will be issued to the participant.

NLPLimited.com reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the location of an event due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).

Refund Process

  • Refund Timing: The mode of refund may vary depending on the circumstances. For refunds processed via credit/debit card or net banking, please allow 10 to 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. While we regret any delay, this time frame is controlled by the bank, not by NLPLimited.com. For refunds via e-wallet, the credit should be available within 24 hours.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@nlplimited.com with your order details (order ID, name, phone number) and the reason for the refund request. We take customer feedback seriously and use it to continuously improve our services.
